EXPRESS TIER
Express Tier gives you flexibility!
Totally customizable, we can cover the tasks that are challenging to keep up with or assign us different tasks each visit.
Express Tier does not exceed 2 hours.
TIER 1
Light Duty
Tier 1 has basic coverage for all areas.
Includes light dusting in all areas, washing of high-touch surface areas, window glass & sills, etc. Full bathroom detail included and basic kitchen coverage. All floors vacuumed and washed.
TIER 2
More in-Depth
Tier 2 includes all the basics from Tier 1 plus...
Dusting ceiling fans & light fixtures, exposed baseboards dry dusted, light furniture moved to clean underneath/ behind, and more detail in the kitchen.
TIER 3
Deep Clean
Tier 3 is optimal for first-time or seasonal/ quarterly cleans to get your space in the best shape it can be.
Inclusive of all tasks from Tier 1 & 2 with a more detailed focus on those hard to reach areas. Kitchen appliances are cleaned underneath, behind & all around, interior windows washed including sills & tracks, baseboards & heaters washed, doors & door frames.
MOVE IN/ MOVE OUT

Move in/ Move out cleans include all applicable tasks from Tier 1, 2, and 3 + inside refrigerator, and inside cupboards and drawers.
Property must be entirely empty and free of all belongings.
